Detail: B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture from recognized
university with one year of experience in
agriculture field publicity/extension information
after acquiring a B.Sc (Hons) in the Agriculture Field, (For Female Only).
Required Age Limit (Male): 21 to 28 + 10 = 38 yrs
2nd post: ASSISTANT AGRICULTURAL INFORMATION OFFICER
Detail: B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture from recognized
university & having one year of experience in the research information field, editing &
documentation, (Open Merit).
Required Age Limit (Male): 21 to 28 +7 = 35 yrs
Required Age Limit (FeMale): 21 to 28 + 10 = 38 yrs
As per Government of Punjab Notification No.SOR-I 9- s t 36/81 dated 21th May 2012 and Notification No.SOR-I (S&GAD) 9th 2/2022 dated 26th January 2022. The age & sex of transgender will based on contents of CNIC.
Minimum Qualification Required: B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture from recognized university with one year of experience in agriculture field publicity/extension information after acquiring a B.Sc (Hons) in the Agriculture Field.
Nationality: Candidates Domiciled In Any City District Of Province Of Punjab.
NOTE:-
i) Experience in private entities shall accepted if such entity was registered with SECP, Registrar Firms, or other Regulatory Authority.
ii) Experience will be accepted after the prescribed qualification.
NATURE OF POST:- On a Contract Basis for a Limited Time Period of
Five Years.
Note From Department:-
1. Kindly read “General Instructions” regarding Application Fee, Written Test & Interview on PPSC website www.ppsc.gop.pk before applying for the online form.
2. Employees of the Semi Govt and other Bodies of the Federal Government or provincial Govt & those of the Local Bodies are not be entitled the age concession of their service in such Departs.
3. In case an applicant claims his/her qualification is equivalent to prescribed qualification, he, she will required to submit an equivalence certificate of his, her foreign, local qualification, issued by Competent Authority HEC, PMDC, PMC, PEC & QEDC of concerned Administrative Depart, which will accepted by Commission as Final, time of the interview or whenever asked by Commission. If a applicant fails to submit an Equivalence Certificate issued by Competent Authority at time of interview or when ever asked by Commission, his, her candidature shall canceled.
4. In case, the Applicant claims experience in private firm, he/she must bring proof the time of the interview that firm, or entity registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, other Regulatory Authority, failing which his, her application shall rejected.
5. Applicants will ensure that applying particular post they will immediat apply for Departmental Permission Certificate, NOC in their concerned Department & provide the Departmental Permission Certificate, NOC at time of interview.
6. Applicants just applying for particular post advertised by PPSC will ensure that they have obtained / applied for registration in PEC, PNC, PMDC, PMC, PVMC, or another relevant depart for Registration Certificate or before the Closing Date & provide same at the time of interview.
7. Applicants will ensure that will provide marks obtained / total marks or percentage applicants all degrees, issued by Competent Authority, at time of interview. CGPA is not accepted.
8. No information, shared other than the PPSC’s website, is authentic; candidates must not trust any such other information.
9. The Shorthand Test & Typing & Proficiency Test, will only be held in Lahore, Pakistan.
